Held for many years at the M Resort the competition is now back at on the Vegas strip at the Mirage Hotel.

The NV Ball Dancesport Championships ballroom dance competition is the next major comp in Las Vegas. The competition is only 3 days this year, down from 4 days last year.

Although the M Resort is located on Las Vegas Blvd, technically the strip, it is about 8 miles south of the Mandalay Bay Hotel which is the southern most hotel of the Las Vegas Strip proper.

The Las Vegas Salsa Bachata Weekender will be March 9-11, 2018
and is the first major event at the new Rhythms Dance Studio & Event Center. There will be social dancing and performances Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights and 8 workshops on Salsa and Bachata in the day.

The newly opened The Mint Tavern is offering dancing on two different nights! Salsa dancing on Thursdays nights at 7:30pm hosted by Yody Iznaga from Habana Style and Swing dancing on Friday nights at 7:30pm hosted by Swing Dance Vegas. Both nights start off with free dance lessons.

Jordance Studios had its grand opening this weekend with a Salsa social on Saturday, March 3, 2018 from 9pm – 2am. The studio offers classes in Salsa and Ballet for kids and adults.
